We initially hired Rolando to power wash the metal roof and repaint the exterior of our home. Because we had a metal roof none of the other companies we called would do it saying, “it’s too slippery.” Rolando assured me that he and his guys would do it properly from the roof with a pressure washer instead of trying to spray on cleaner from the ground using a garden hose, which the other companies wanted to do. He was good to his word and two days later we had a very nice clean metal roof again.

Roland then proceeded to paint the exterior of the house. It was in pretty bad shape but he and his people cleaned up the old paint (took them almost 2 days of scraping and caulking) and ended up putting 3 coats of paint on. Looks 100% better and we are very please. All of the people he had working for him were very polite and very attentive to anything we pointed out or asked about. Rolando himself also took the time to police all around the house to make sure everything was picked up and just the way he found it.

Because we were pleased with the work he had done so far, we then asked him if he could take down a dead tree at our rental property. Rolando took care of it quickly and cleaned up all of the down branches including cutting back a tree next to the house.

We then asked him if he could also re-roof the rental property. Another task that desperately needed to be done. Again Rolando stepped up and brought in a crew and three days later we had a new roof, new flashing, new boots on the vents.. the works. Looks VERY professional and they used top notch materials.

Seems like Rolando can do just about anything you need on your home and he does really good work. He’s the first person we will call when we need something done. Oh, and yes, his rates are very competitive and reasonable.

We recently had the exterior of our house painted. Rolando and his crew were meticulous about caulking and preparing areas for painting.
